Mercure Geneva Airport is in Meyrin, a 7-minute drive from the terminal, on the opposite side of the runway from the Cointrin hotels. The free shuttle runs to and from the airport from 6:00 am to 11:15 pm and must be reserved in advance. It does not cover flights departing before about 7:00 am, so book a taxi for those. Zimeysa railway station is 500 m away, with regional trains towards Genève-Cornavin (check times on sbb.ch). tpg bus 57 runs between the terminal, Vernier, Meyrin and Zimeysa station in 37 to 43 minutes. The hotel gives the city centre as a 15-minute drive. Hotel guests receive the free Geneva Transport Card, sent by email up to three days before arrival, which covers tpg buses and trams, trains and the Mouettes boats in zone 10 for the whole stay, including the trip from the airport.

The hotel is in Meyrin, the municipality where CERN is located. From 5 July 2026 the Ferney tunnel closes at night (10:00 pm to 5:00 am), and traffic from Ferney-Voltaire to the Swiss side of the terminal is rerouted via Mategnin or Vireloup.
