NH Geneva Airport
NH Geneva Airport is a 190-room hotel on Avenue de Mategnin in Meyrin, on the far side of the runway from the Geneva Airport (GVA, Genève Aéroport) terminal, with a free shuttle to the terminal and to Palexpo. It is not within walking distance of the terminal: the road route around the airfield is about 2 km (a third-party figure; the hotel gives no distance). The hotel has 18 junior suites and family rooms of 36 sq.m., a glass-roofed restaurant, a bar, a free gym with sauna and 135 indoor parking spaces.

The 190 rooms come in six categories. The Standard Single (17 sq.m.) has one single bed and a bath. The Standard Room (20 sq.m.) has two twin beds. The Superior Room (20 sq.m.) adds an espresso machine and a professional hairdryer and comes with a queen, a king or twin beds; a Superior for three people (20 sq.m.) has three single beds. The Family Room (36 sq.m.) has a double bed, a sofa bed and a bath. The Junior Suite (36 sq.m.), of which there are 18, has a king bed, a sofa bed, a sitting area, a bath and bathrobes.
All rooms have the 33 cm mattresses NH uses across the chain, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a minibar, a digital safe and tea and coffee facilities; the Standard and Superior rooms have a rain-effect shower, and the Single, Family and Junior Suite categories a bath. Some rooms face a quiet inner courtyard; you can request one when you book. Room service is available. Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out by noon, with a “Lazy Sunday” check-out at 5:00 pm on request.

Le Pavillon is the hotel’s restaurant, under a glass roof that gives it daylight through the day. It serves the breakfast buffet in the morning and a restaurant menu later; opening hours and prices are not published.

Location and Transportation

The hotel states that the tram reaches the lake and the city centre in 20 minutes. From the terminal, trains to Genève-Cornavin take about 7 minutes and cost CHF 3.00 on a unireso zone 10 ticket. The Meyrin side also puts the hotel close to CERN and its Science Gateway.
Parking is in the hotel’s 135-space indoor garage: CHF 1 for 30 minutes, CHF 2 an hour, CHF 24 for 12 hours and CHF 31 for 24 hours. From 5 July 2026 the Ferney tunnel closes at night (10:00 pm to 5:00 am), and traffic from Ferney-Voltaire to the Swiss side of the terminal is rerouted via Mategnin, past the hotel. Dogs and cats up to 25 kg are allowed, at most two per room, at CHF 25 per pet per night; guide dogs stay free.
